Structure creates freedom

Training should not start with “What went wrong this week?”

Without a curriculum, team training can drift into fixing scattered issues. With a curriculum, leaders choose the next patient interaction in advance, assign the matching Academy modules, and bring everyone into the room ready to practice.

The result is a repeatable training rhythm that covers the moments your team needs to understand, instead of waiting for a problem to expose the gap.

What the 26 weeks cover

Train the whole patient journey, not just the front desk.

The curriculum follows the practice experience from the first phone call through long-term care, with role assignments and preparation notes for each training topic.

WEEKS 1-6

Days 0-2

New-patient phone calls, check-in, the office tour, consultation, exam, report of findings, and time commitment.

WEEKS 7-12

Days 2-4

Financial and energy commitments, check-out, patient training, the second adjustment, office flow, and new-patient orientation.

WEEKS 13-19

Visits 12-26

Progress evaluations, progress reports, policy review, recommendations, check-out, and special consultations.

WEEKS 20-26

Re-Exams and Continued Care

Visit 36 re-exams, reports, recommendations for care, recommitment, adjustments, and check-out.

How to use it

A simple weekly rhythm your team can repeat.

The curriculum is the plan. Your team still brings it to life through preparation, role-play, feedback, and repetition.

STEP 01

Choose the interaction

Follow the sequence and name the patient interaction the team will train on next week.

STEP 02

Assign the prep

Give each role the matching Academy modules and preparation listed in the curriculum.

STEP 03

Arrive ready

Use team training time to practice the interaction instead of deciding what the meeting is about.

STEP 04

Refine and repeat

Start with positive feedback, improve one or two primary things, and run the role-play again.
